  3. Scope of Services

Anthropic Solutions LLC provides dental billing and revenue cycle management services including insurance verification, claims submission, accounts receivable follow‑up, payment posting, denial management, and patient billing support. The exact scope of services will be defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with each client. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and additional charges.

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, documentation, and system access necessary for service execution. Delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete client data may affect performance timelines. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, final financial outcomes can also depend on insurance provider policies and external processing timelines beyond our direct control.

  5. Payments, Confidentiality, and Responsibilities
  6. Clients agree to make payments according to the billing schedule outlined in their agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared. All financial transactions must be completed through mutually approved payment methods. We maintain strict confidentiality standards and comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations while handling client and patient information.

    Clients must ensure lawful use of our services and refrain from providing fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized data. Anthropic Solutions LLC commits to safeguarding all shared information, but clients are also responsible for maintaining secure internal systems and communication channels. Both parties share responsibility in protecting sensitive financial and patient data.

  7. Limitations, Termination, and Policy Updates
  8. Anthropic Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect financial losses resulting from insurance delays, policy changes, or third‑party system failures. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice according to the notice period specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled promptly.

    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically to reflect operational improvements, regulatory requirements, or service enhancements. Clients will be notified of significant updates where applicable. Continued engagement with our services after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms. These conditions are established to maintain fairness, clarity, and professional integrity in all business interactions.
